“The secret of the Soil: Karmir Blur (Red Hill)”
In 2022, our research center organized or participated in 5 exhibitions in cooperation with various Armenian museums.
The wine press in the village of Ptghni
The village of Ptghni is located in the Kotayk region, 37 km to the southwest of the center of the region. Here, during excavations (archaeologist: Meline Simonyan), a wine press dating back to the developed Middle Ages (12th-14th centuries) was discovered.
